Important Notice: Thanksgiving Day

On November 27th 2014, Thanksgiving Day in the US is being observed and the following schedule is to be observed from both an operational perspective & trading perspective for November 27th and 28th 2014:

Operational:

Funding/Withdrawals: Only credit/debit card transactions under USD3000 will be processed. No other deposits will be processed on November 27th and 28th 2014. Only Non-USD withdrawals will be processed on November 27th 2014. Only withdrawals via bank wire will be processed on November 28th 2014.

Live Chat: Will be operational during the times when the Forex market is opened.

Email Support: Will be limited on November 27th and 28th 2014. As a result, you may experience longer than normal response times to general inquiries. For anything urgent, please contact Live Chat.
